The existing surface of this government facility had servere water pooling issues. The pitch had not been built with sufficient fall or proper drainage.
Our process involved:
Excavate and remove existing surface
Raise surface height with additional rock
Laser grade appropriate fall
Add aggi pipes and spoon drain
Mackellar's oval was dry and barren during the summer months, muddy and unusable during the wet months.
The transformation of the oval took 4 months and the process included:
Excavation and removal of soil
Crushed rock base laser graded
Crushed stone dust base laser graded
Concrete edging and spoon drains
